Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within Singapore only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, keep an eye on our website for updates.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery status.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@synergydistribution.sg with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
